As a seasoned software consultant with more than eight years in the industry, Billiejean has provided valuable business advisory services to a wide range of companies, helping them streamline their operations and grow. In addition to her consultancy work, she’s a Cyber Security Analyst for a well-known IT provider and is in the final stages of completing a Bachelor of Software Engineering, specialising in Cyber Security with a focus on governance and compliance.
Billiejean’s dedication to her craft has earned her recognition, including being named a finalist for both Bookkeeping and Training awards NZ wide.
Floraine Lacanilao
Meet Floraine, our Senior Bookkeeper and the backbone of both Softcon and our valued clients. With her extensive expertise and unwavering commitment, Floraine ensures that all financial processes run smoothly and efficiently. Having attended Xerocon in Singapore, she stays at the forefront of industry trends and best practices, bringing that knowledge back to benefit our clients.
Her attention to detail and dedication to accuracy make her an invaluable part of our team, providing the financial stability and insight that our clients rely on. Floraine's contributions to Softcon are essential to the success and growth of the businesses we support.
I enjoy spending time with my dogs when I'm home, and in my downtime, I love watching Netflix.
Crystal Godfrey
Meet Crystal, our Simpro specialist. She has more than a decade of experience in business operations, system implementation, system optimisation and staff training. She joined us after 5+ year career working at Simpro Group in Implementation, People Development and then Partnership teams.
Her vibrant personality keeps training engaging (no snooze fest here!), combine that with her wealth of knowledge in all things Simpro and you know you are in good hands to get your Simpro streamlined and running at maximum power.
Crystal is originally from Tauranga, NZ, but now based in Bundaberg, QLD, AU. She is an avid animal lover and has 2 dogs (Zero, a 70kg Neapolitan Mastiff and Lotus, a husky), 16 chickens and ducks, and also owns 3 horses (Diva, Mousse and River) and loves to hone her dressage skills or pick up a paintbrush in her spare time. It’s a busy life in either red high-heels and lipstick helping clients kick their system goals, or chasing animals in gumboots with hay in her hair!

Roelyn Palcis
Meet Roelyn, our all-round creative and digital dynamo. With over a decade of freelancing experience, she’s mastered the art of helping clients shine online. From writing and designing blogs, and running engaging campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, to fine-tuning content with sharp SEO strategies, Roelyn’s done it all (and then some). Add to that her skills as a web designer — building and optimising websites on WordPress, Wix, and more — and you’ve got a powerhouse who can bring any online vision to life.
When it comes to social media, Roelyn knows how to keep feeds buzzing with fresh, creative posts — whether in text, graphics, or video — that spark engagement and keep brands front of mind.
Born and raised in the Philippines, Roelyn is also a proud mom to a cool 4-year-old boy and a sweet 2-year-old girl. A true computer enthusiast, she loves blending her passion for tech with her dedication to helping clients hit their goals. Her days are split between crafting winning strategies in front of her screen and chasing giggles and cuddles from her little ones — proof that she thrives in both worlds.
